Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility, we allow cancellations as long as they are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: A 10% fee based on the value of the scheduled service will be charged to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your session.
